Print Your Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it to your original shipping box.
Drop Off the Package
Bring your package to any authorized carrier location listed on your label, ensuring the shoes are protected and the box is securely taped.
Receive Your Refund
After our workshop inspects the returned items for wear, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
